We use the Keiser M3 Indoor Bike which gives Watts readings throughout the test .                 We will give you watts readings at all your heart rate zones and at AT, AB and at MAX. We have standard pedals & SPD's if you wish to bring your own pedals please do so.                          Our treadmill is a Pro-Drive with MPH & elevation.

This equipment is the latest, high tech edition with a oxygen & carbon dioxide analyser and heart rate monitoring software.               Originally developed for the medical profession.                                                    There is no need for blood tests, all your results are taken from a comfortable soft mask which is worn over your mouth and nose.           We also use a coded polar heart rate strap.
